What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is the process of assessing existing thoughts and emotions, observing behavioral and linguistic patterns, setting specific goals and discerning hidden saboteurs. Coaching is the act of empowerment. It is showing clients that they have the tools within themselves to be, do or have what they desire.

How Is Coaching Sessions Started?
We start with a 20-30 minute FREE phone consultation. Coaching sessions are recommended, via phone. Weâ€™ll work weekly for three out of the four weeks of the month depending on your progression. During the fourth week, weâ€™ll take a break and digest what we’ve accomplished along the way.
Youâ€™ll be encouraged to check in via email between sessions, at no extra charge.
I recommend that you consider coaching for at least a three-month period, depending on the situation at hand. This way youâ€™ll be able to accurately assess your progress and turn new, learned behaviors into healthy habits.
What are the Fees?The initial consultation is a FREE 30 minute Introductory session. Sessions will be structured as 4 half hour sessions a month, taking the first three weeks to consult via phone, regarding implementing plans to meet desired goals. The fourth week will be for assessing or reassessing desired goals.
